¶ Choose a world to go LIVE with
On the Go LIVE page you can pick a world made by us or the community!
Worlds (in testing):
- Survival Games Arena - Host your own survival games, or just have fun with fans!
- GTA from TEMU - Host in your own city, drive cars and cause mayhem!
- Block City 2 - Host your cyberpunk city games!
- Steal a Brainrot - Host your own admin abuse!
- More coming soon!
¶ Game modes - Jump Rope
Players must stay on the platform and not get knocked off.
The twist: you’re the one controlling the rope speed and direction.
¶ Game modes - Area Survival
Players must stay in the highlighted area to survive.
Everyone, including you can throw bombs that knock others away.

Players follow the host who builds the obby while moving forward!
¶ Use LIVE hosting tools
On the right and left of your screen are quick-action tools to assist you with hosting.
The hosting tools are there to help you control the games, interact with players and create fun moments.
You can change player skins, fly in the skies, teleport players, use soundboard and more.
¶ NEW: AI Assistant - generate anything with AI in real time!
Create and remix games while you are LIVE – no editor needed. Build using visual, AI‑powered no‑code tools.
Start by chat with an AI assistant to generate new assets and characters or spin up entirely new game modes in the middle of a LIVE session.
AI Assistant is in beta.

¶ Edit the world LIVE
With the Build menu, you can customize your world for players in real-time.
Add fun premades, models and chactarers, change the ambience, or switch up the music.
- Tap the Build button in the bottom left
- Choose any item to add to the world immediately
After an item has been placed in the world, you can tap on it and use the gizmo to move and modify it.
- Move, scale, rotate, change material, and more by tapping on any object in the world
¶ Set up your camera and mic
Before you go LIVE, you will need to set up the camera and microphone. This helps players feel like they’re really playing with you.
- Tap on Setup LIVE, then Camera & Microphone
- Set up your devices. A green outline appears when your mic is picking up sound.
If you don’t want to appear on camera, you can choose to stream with an avatar.
Make sure to double check your audio and video before you go LIVE!
¶ (Optional) Custom 3rd party avatar
If you use Windows or Mac, you can use 3rd party software to add more avatars.
- Install VeadoTube and load your avatar (PNG/WebP, transparent).
- Install OBS Studio. In OBS: Add → Window Capture → select veadotube. Start OBS Virtual Camera.
- In HypeHype video settings, choose "OBS Virtual Camera" as the video source.
¶ Prepare to go LIVE
Finally, set up and schedule your first LIVE. When you schedule your LIVE it shows up the feed and players get notified when you go LIVE. This way they won't miss the hype!
- Tap Setup LIVE and add a LIVE description. This is the title that players will see in the feed and in notifications.
- Tap Schedule LIVE and plan your first LIVE
When you’re ready, just tap "Go LIVE" and start playing with your audience in real time! This will post the game to the feed and anyone can join the LIVE event.
¶ Tips for LIVE hosting
Remember to have fun and enjoy the ride, this is a new thing and we're all learning on the go. Here are some practical tips for improving your LIVE:
- Try to react to players chat messages and in game actions
- Be creative, tweak the games and rules on the fly
- Make each LIVE session unique by modifying the world or game rules
- Maintain a safe, positive and inclusive environment, and follow our community guidelines

When you’re ready, just tap "go LIVE" and start playing with your audience in real time! This will post the game to the feed and anyone can join the LIVE event! Remember to have fun and enjoy the ride, this is a new thing and we're all learning on the go!

¶ Important
You must be at least 13 years old to host with video & microphone. If we determine that someone under 13 is hosting with video and microphone, we may limit their visibility or remove their early access. You can use virtual avatars.
Test your LIVE event before going LIVE in "Prepare Live" or just test. Don't start or spam short LIVE events.
LIVE hosting requires active playing & engaging with your players. Idle or unattended sessions are not allowed, and doing so may lead to reduced visibility and removal of early access.
We are still in early access and this means some features are not finished and issues can exist. If you run into problems or bugs - or have an idea or want to give feedback - please contact us.
